Terms and Conditions governing the acquisition of the Sorry Stars (2022) Print:

• In the unlikely event that you encounter severe quality concerns with the product you received, we encourage you to promptly communicate such matters within a designated timeframe of 3 days following receipt. To facilitate a comprehensive review and resolution process, we kindly request that you provide the photo and the defect description to info@cicavancouver.com.

• These materials will be carefully assessed by our expert personnel on an individual basis, to address any potential issues in a fair and expedient manner.

• CICA Vancouver reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time.

• For orders shipping to outside of Canada, tax and duties may apply and be collected by your local delivery service.
• Shipping for this product is not included and will be calculated additionally at checkout.
