Returns Policy

At CICA Vancouver, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Returns

You can return your unused ticket purchase 24 hours before your scheduled visit for a full refund.

You can return any manufacturer defect product you received. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. You have to provide at least 3 photos of the defect area. Any item that is damaged or altered due to customer damage will not be eligible for a return.

Certain limited edition items, unique or custom-made items will not be eligible for return or refund. Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to initiate a return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cicavancouver.com with your order number, name and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you can return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
